Formax Account Deletion

How to delete your account and what happens to your data.

You can delete your Formax account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Delete from the App

1. Open Formax and go to Account Settings.
2. Scroll to "Delete Account".
3. Confirm the deletion.

Request by Email

If you can't access the App, email us at arpit.singhal5757@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account and profile information.
• Your workout analysis reports.
• Your stored workout videos, including the cloud copy.
• Your AI-generated workout plans.

Data is removed within 30 days of your request. Videos stored on your device can also be deleted directly from the App at any time.
